Q. What is Bathroom Home Directory?
A. Bathroom Home Directory is an online resource offering quality information on local businesses in the bathroom industry. Our listings include bathroom showrooms, tile showrooms, bathroom installers and online retailers across the UK.

Q.What should I review on Bathroom Home Directory?
A. You should review any local showroom, installation or online retailer business that you have been a customer to, your opinions can be both positive or negative and anywhere in between to give a fair opinion to other users.
Q. Can business owners publicly comment on my reviews?
A. Yes. We have created a feature allowing business owners to publicly respond to reviews. You can also exchange private messages if you would like further communications.
Q. Do reviews ever get removed?
A. In some uncommon situations reviews can be removed. Users can remove their own reviews or our user support team also reserve the right to remove the ones that violate our Terms of Service. One other cause of reviews being removed is when a user closes their Bathroom Home Directory account.
Q. How do I publish my reviews to Facebook or Twitter?
A. Yes! This is simple to do and is a great way to spread your experience of a service. Just go to the top of the business listing page, you’ll see several social network widgets.
Listing Businesses
Q. Where do I find the video code to add to my listing?
A. Find the video you would like to add to your listing, right click the video and select ‘Copy embed code’, paste this code into the video code section of ‘Add listing’. Note that video codes are only available for premium members, free and featured members will be unable to add a video.
Q. What if my image is the wrong size?
A. If you are unable to re-size the image yourself, email the image to info@bathroom-home.co.uk. We will re-size the image for you. If you cannot find a suitable image, find an alternative such as a company logo.
Q. What will happen when my listing runs out?
A. At the end of the listing period your listing will be automatically renewed for your convenience, if you do not want to renew your listing you can simply cancel.
Q. What is the black and white box on my page?
A. Each page listed on Bathroom Home is generated a unique QR Code (Quick Response), this code can be scanned by smart devices directing them to your page. This is beneficial to you as it can be printed on business cards, t-shirts, products, pretty much any thing you want.
Q. The pinpoint on the map is in the wrong place, how can I fix this?
A. You can drag the pin to the correct place on the map. Alternatively you can find the exact lat/long and enter it manually into the boxes below the map.
Q. I have more than one showroom, can I add more listings?
A. Yes, you can add as many listings as you like.
Q. How do I make a slideshow?
A. When you have a featured or Premium listing, you can add multiple images, these will be automatically displayed as both a slide show and gallery on your page.
Q. Do I have to register to list?
A. Yes, to list your business on Bathroom Home you do have to register, this can be done by either entering your email and creating a password on the register page, or signing in with Facebook.
