Better Bathrooms Wigan

Our Wigan store was opened back in 2002 and was our very first Better Bathrooms showroom! Located on Queens Street under the railway arches in the heart of Wigan, the store was an instant success with the local residents, which we put down mainly to our great prices, excellent products and hopefully, our superb customer service!

    Dear Derek in ‘After Sales’
My husband spoke on the phone to you on Nov 12th asking about our need for a replacement washer for the 1100 Slimline Furniture unit our Builder purchased from yourselves on our behalf in 2011. We are getting very frustrated as it has been impossible to get a replacement from local plumbing contacts and the loo has been non operative now for a long time which is most inconvenient.
I am hoping to attach some scanned copies of the original order/instruction diagram paperwork in hopes you can supply us this small but very vital fact it would be handy if you could supply more than one as for the washer to give way after only three and half years of non heavy use is somewhat peeving.

Please could you do your best to solve the problem for us as having originally paying £449 for the unit and being generally pleased with its look it is disappointing the whole thing is now non functioning because of such a small component?
