I have spent nearly four thousand pound on a bathroom suite including tiles but after receiving them we have damaged goods and are not being dealt with professionaly at all.
We contacted them the same day with description of enamel damage on the bath and broken toilet seat we then emailed photos on a few occasions and still they are trying to stall. We need the full suit imidiatly as we have no bath and the jobs stopped. What really annoys me is they are still asking me what type of damage is it unbelievable. They blame the Scottish branch and now the Spanish side not really fair when you think how much we have spent.

Absolutely disgraceful service! Avoid at all costs. Spent significant amount on bathroom tiles, communication lame with regards to delivery when chased. Timescale held up bathroom then expensive mosaic tiles damaged when packaged. As we didn’t notify them within 48hrs (in small print apparently) they won’t replace. No discussion. Due to the sheer weight was impossible to check plus I have a newborn baby to look after so logistics not easy. We’ve had to pay for replacements and they won’t even honor sale price. Customer service at its worst. Will never shop here again and will source ensuite tiles elsewhere. Plus will ensure others are aware of how they treat customers via social media.
