Building and Water Regulations affect both the manner and quality of work undertaken. We adhere to current regulations, monitor changes in legislation and ensure that the building and plumbing work we undertake meets all the statutory requirements. Where appropriate, we are able to arrange for inspection and certification by your local Building Control department.
Craftmaster is a member of the Federation of Master Builders. The FMB is a trade association that hold its members to high standards of professional competence and accountability. The FMB operates a formal complaints procedure in the event that you are unable to resolve an issue with Craftmaster directly.
Our goal is total customer satisfaction. We would like every one of our clients to recommend us further. Should you require, we can arrange for existing clients for provide references. Many will be happy to speak to you on the phone about their experiences and the finished bathroom. We are also able, on occasion, to arrange visits to inspect previous or current work.
Designing and installing a bathroom is a complex process. We will guide you through this process, explaining the options and making recommendations where appropriate. What we will not do is attempt to sell you a “one size fits all” package.
