This company instilled us with confidence at the planning and pre works stage, however we have had issues with the siting of the boiler and water tank which statutory guidelines and other parties (the boiler and tank companies and drainage company) alerted us too after the boiler was flooded and the tank also flooded. Bathtime were unhelpful and would not take on the issue though eventually agreed to install a valve on the boiler as the boiler company said without it our guarantee would be invalidated. We have completely lost confidence and feel very let down by Bathtime. Please do your own research before embarking on anything in your home. I now know more than I ever thought would be necessary about my heating and plumbing in order to challenge the lack of responsibility but to no avail.
