I actually went into their new showroom in Bonnington Road rather than this one. I’m an Architect and always looking out for new bathroom showrooms in Edinburgh as the current choice is not great. I went in here and actually thought the stuff looked good for the money, and a decent selection. Unfortunately the two salesmen sitting behind their desks couldn’t even bother themselves to say hello when I said hello to them, nor did they get up from their desks in the 20 minutes I spent wandering round, no offer to help, nothing. Won’t be back. Perhaps these are the same guys who did the same to me when I went into Behar Carpets about eight years ago – I stopped sending my Clients to Behar and now I think they’ve gone bankrupt. It is astonishing given that presumably these people are on commission that they can’t bother to get off their behinds and try and sell anything!
